State of Minnesota Recycling Coordinator The former State of Minnesota Recycling Coordinator, Jodi's work has taken her from sorting and weighing thousands of pounds of garbage during waste composition studies to studying the barriers to recycling systems in hundreds of buildings and testifying before the Minnesota Legislature in an effort to establish Minnesota state government's first State Recycling Center. Minnesota Achievement Awards Jodi received Minnesota Association of Professional Employees Achievement Awards in 1993 for managing the establishment of the Minnesota State Recycling Center and in 1994 for managing the promotion and education campaign to increase awareness and educate 15,000 Minnesota state agency employees about the expansion of Minnesota state government's recycling collection system.
